Effective January 1st, we will be changing the way Maintenance Requests are being handled.
REGULAR MAINTENANCE REQUEST
Please fill out this form completely. It is important that you be very descriptive as to the request; for example, which room the light or smoke detector is out...When you are satisfied with your entry please select the SUBMIT button, your request will be sent to our maintenance team and will be looked at on a daily basis. Rick and/or Kevin will take care of non-emergency requests no less than twice per week.

Please understand what defines an Emergency Maintenance Request
•If you have no heat and the temperature outside is 40 degrees or less that is an emergency maintenance request. • If you have running water penetrating the ceiling, walls or floors in your unit, that is an emergency request. It is not an emergency if you have a dripping faucet, dripping leak under your sink…these things qualify as a regular maintenance request, continue to use a pot to catch the leak until we arrive.
Lock-outs are not considered an emergency. Please call a locksmith if
you are locked out of your town home. We recommend Perron Locksmith. their number is (508) 875-3744. Any qualified locksmith
will do as well.
Chirping smoke detectors will be handled daily.
